So here are the darling David and Ivy siblings… last time we saw David he wasn’t NEARLY as mobile as he is now… but I will say it was kinda fun following the little guy around! And little Miss. Ivy was soooo good! She was quite the little model! You know, it’s funny, my way of photographing children is so low key and no big deal as far as posing and all that… So much so that Carrie Ann (the momma) kept on asking if we got anything.. But look! The children look so natural and settled and just plan themselves… that what my goal is when I do these sessions… It’s not necessarily to get the little ones to nail a pose or to sit perfectly still. Its for me to play with them, to interact with them so that their real personality comes out. Its these moments that I want to remember as a mom for my daughter, so if you plan a session with me, just relax, take it easy and let it all just come naturally!!

I just wanted to share with you all the CUTEST PUNKIN IN THE WORLD.   (that would be my daughter, yep) :

    So, I’ve been making a serious effort to decorate my home with photography… So, I wanted to share with you my big purchase and how it has fit into my home!  Here is a photo of what I did with it in my house…. this is a 20 x 30 which I expected to look HUGE, but it really is just the right size for a wall, you know? It really was worth the investment.. I look at that photo everyday… I just love it!

I’ve now put it in my dining room, but here’s what it looked like above my fireplace:

Ok, so I officially love photographing ponies!  You know, I’ve been riding horses most my life but for some strange reason I never photograph those wonderful equines!! Hello! So I got to photograph the hilarious Dabney and the Handsome Richard this past weekend. Dabney’s one of those people that have the BEST laugh… so I really wanted to capture her silly side! Also, I’m telling you that the Peabody has never looked so good… seriously, it looked amazing. So on with photos, I do suppose:

     Ahh Chrystal and Dale’s wedding was at the lovely Brooks Art Museum in Midtown Memphis.  It was, of course, planned by the oh so wonderful, Amy Miller.  Great job Amy! Everything ran smoothly!    So on to the wonderful pics:
